Getting connected on Android

Keep me on the phone — we'll do each step together.

   Start Remote Help

   Tap the green button and your phone will take you to the right helper app. Install it if asked, then open it.

   Tap Allow

   The app asks permission to show me your screen. Tap Allow or Start now when it asks — that's what lets me see what you see.

3. 3

   Read me the code

   Nine digits appear in the app. Read them to me on the phone and I'll connect.

Depending on your phone, I can either see the screen and guide you, or fix things directly. Either way, you watch everything as it happens.
